Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped with Swiss Postal Service. Shipping costs vary between 3.00 - 5.00 CHF for orders to Switzerland, depending on size and weight of your ordered products. Smaller Packages are not insured, bigger orders will be insured on orders up to CHF 300. For orders above 100.00, shipping is free to any part of Switzerland. Packages are usually shipped out within 2-3 business days after the placement of your order.

Orders are possible to most European countries.

Return & Exchange Policy

If your item does not fit or if there is any other problem, you can return your item easily within 14 days. You will get a refund (excluding shipping costs). Return costs need to be paid by yourself. Please contact us for any questions, dissatisfactions or similar.
